One of the main features using Blox Business is the option to tag and label your transactions. Nowadays, companies need more than a list of transactions, they need organization. This is where labels & tagging come into play!
To use labels, you need to first access your list of transactions. In the portfolio page, scroll down until you reach the “Recent Transactions” category and click “Show All Transactions”.
Now, you will see in front of you all the transactions made in that specific portfolio. The table can be filtered by type of operation, date, amount, etc. If that's not enough, you will also have the option to add up to two labels to each transaction, to keep track of your activity in an organized way.
There are different, predefined labels, like “Purchase”, “Income” or “Sale”, each one of them with their own color. If you'd like your own categories, you can also customize your labels by both name and color.
To add a predefined label, go to the respective column and click the “+” button to select one from the list.
At the very bottom of the list, there will be a button to create a new customizable label. Simply name it and assign a color. As simple as that.
Labels will help you identify what type of transaction you have in your list in an easy and visual way. Do not forget that next to the label you can add a written note to make it even clearer.
